New ‘Arrow’ Season 4 Still Shots Emerge!

Yesterday WB released their New York Comic Con ‘Sizzle Reel’ for Arrow Season 4. Today, we have a plethora of still shots from that footage that will give you an in depth look at some of the upcoming major events for Arrow Season 4.
